The Missouri Department of Economic Development commenced its "Best in Midwest" initiative, with an eye on department efficiency and a "laser focus" going forward. The Hawthorn Foundation is pleased to be a sponsor of "Best in Midwest".
Hawthorn Executive Director Steve Oslica has been added to the initiative's advisory committee. "Our state has the potential to be an even stronger engine for economic growth. There are lots of moving parts which need to be better connected to make that engine run on all cylinders. Rob Dixon and his team need the tools and support to make this happen. We are pleased to be supporting this effort and congratulate the DED team on their initiative."
