As a member of the Board of Governors, individuals receive:

$25,000 minimum annual investment

As a Sustaining Board Member, individuals receive:

A position on the Hawthorn Board of Directors (subject to board approval)
An automatic position on the Executive Committee for the Hawthorn Board of Directors
A vote on all matters pertaining to official Hawthorn Foundation business
Priority consideration when public officials seek Missouri business leaders to accompany them as ambassadors on Hawthorn Foundation-funded trade missions

As a Board Member, individuals receive:

A position on the Hawthorn Board of Directors (subject to board approval)
An position on the Executive Committee with elected officer status for the Hawthorn Board of Directors
A vote on all matters pertaining to official Hawthorn Foundation business
Consideration when public officials seek Missouri business leaders to accompany them as ambassadors on Hawthorn Foundation-funded trade missions
An invitation to attend all Hawthorn Foundation meetings and events
Priority consideration for service on the Missouri Partnership Board of Directors

Board membership may also be granted to a consortium of businesses, economic development groups or individuals. The consortium will have one vote.
